Crust -
2 cups flour
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup margarine, melted
Mix togther and press into bottom of a greased 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Allow to cool.
Topping-
4 cups rhubarb, chopped
4 eggs, beaten (I used eggbeaters)
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup flour
Mix all together and pour over the cooled crust. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
